How far in advance should I book?

For airport transfers, we recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to guarantee availability and ensure we have all your flight details. For long-distance journeys, ideally 1-2 weeks notice allows us to optimize your route.

However, we understand plans change. If you need transport sooner, please contact us via WhatsApp or call 07729 274868 to check availability for same-day or next-day bookings.

Can I book same-day or last-minute transport?

Yes, same-day and last-minute bookings are possible, subject to availability. We operate 24/7, so early morning airport runs and late-night returns can be accommodated.

Note: Last-minute bookings may have limited vehicle options, so calling as soon as possible improves your chances of getting the service you need.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund with no questions asked.

Short Notice Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee (typically 50% of the booking value) depending on circumstances. We understand emergencies happen – contact us to discuss your situation.

No-Shows: If you don't show up for your booking without prior notice, the full booking fee will be charged.

We're flexible and customer-focused. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just message us or call 07729 274868 to work out the best solution.

Can I modify or reschedule my booking?

Absolutely! We understand plans change. You can modify most bookings up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Modifications may include:

  • Changing pickup or drop-off time
  • Changing pickup or drop-off location
  • Adjusting passenger numbers (subject to vehicle capacity)
  • Rescheduling to a different date

What if my flight is delayed or runs early?

We monitor flight arrivals in real-time. When you book an airport transfer, provide us your flight number. We check your flight status continuously and adjust pickup times accordingly.

If your flight is delayed: Your pickup time will be adjusted automatically. No need to contact us unless you want to confirm the new time.

If your flight lands early: We'll be ready to pick you up sooner. Our system tracks this and notifies our driver immediately.

What you need to do: Just let us know your flight number when booking, and we'll handle the rest. This is one of our core services – getting you to the airport safely and on time, every time.

Do you offer local journeys within Gwynedd?

Yes! We provide pre-booked local journeys throughout Gwynedd and surrounding areas including Anglesey, Conwy, and northern Snowdonia.

Local journey examples:

  • Train stations to accommodations

Local journeys must be pre-booked (minimum 2-3 hours notice). We don't offer hail-and-ride street pickups, but booking is simple – just contact us with your requirements.

How are fares calculated?

Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. Fares are calculated based on:

  • Distance: Mileage from pickup to drop-off location
  • Route: Motorway vs. scenic routes (we always use the most efficient route)
  • Time of travel: Peak hours may have slightly adjusted pricing
  • Airport charges: Some airports have official taxi access fees (passed on transparently)
  • Vehicle type: Our premium electric vehicles are priced competitively for the comfort level

Example: Holyhead to Manchester Airport (45 miles) typically costs £85-110 depending on route and time. We'll give you an exact quote before you book.

Are there any hidden charges or surprises?

No hidden charges ever. What we quote is what you pay – this is our guarantee.

Airport fees: The only exception is if an airport has official taxi access fees (rare, but some do). These are clearly explained before you book and are typically only a few pounds.

Special services: If you request extras (waiting time, multiple stops, special requests), these are quoted and agreed upfront – no surprises.

Do you require a deposit for bookings?

For most bookings, no deposit is required. We trust our customers and confirm bookings with a simple exchange of information.

When a deposit may apply:

  • Large group bookings: 5+ passengers may require a deposit (typically 25-30% of total)
  • Multi-day tours: Day tours and extended experiences may require a deposit
  • Long-distance journeys: Bookings over 100 miles may include a small deposit
  • Corporate/bulk bookings: Business accounts may use deposit agreements

Any deposit required will be clearly stated and agreed before booking. Deposits are fully credited against your final fare.

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes to charging, no WiFi. Here's what we offer:

  • WiFi: We don't currently provide in-vehicle WiFi, but most journeys in North Wales have good mobile signal

For airport transfers, you can charge your phone or tablet during the journey, which is especially helpful if your battery is low before a flight.

How much luggage space is available?

Our vehicle has generous boot space suitable for airport transfers and holidays.

What fits comfortably:

  • 2-4 large suitcases (depending on passenger count)
  • Carry-on bags and personal items
  • Golf bags, sports equipment, business luggage
  • Overflow luggage can usually be accommodated in the cabin

For exceptional luggage: If you have unusually large items or excess luggage, let us know when booking and we'll confirm it fits. We can almost always make it work.

Vehicle interior: All passengers sit comfortably regardless of luggage – we never compromise comfort for cargo.

How many passengers can the vehicle accommodate?

Standard capacity: 4 passengers comfortably, plus driver.

  • Space: 4 passengers with luggage is comfortable – the vehicle is spacious and well-ventilated
